Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: 23 July 2026
Last Updated: 23 July 2026
BellTower is committed to making the CheatProvider Platform as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for all visitors and customers.
This Accessibility Statement explains our accessibility objectives, the current accessibility status of our services, known limitations, and how users can contact us regarding accessibility concerns.
This statement applies to:
- https://cheatprovider.store
- the customer account area;
- the online store;
- checkout pages operated through the Platform;
- documentation published by BellTower;
- customer support interfaces under BellTower's control;
- download portals;
- license management pages;
- software update services; and
- other customer-facing web services operated by BellTower.
1. Our Commitment
BellTower believes that digital services should be reasonably accessible regardless of a person's physical abilities, sensory abilities or the assistive technologies they use.
We aim to design, develop and maintain our services so that they can be used by the widest possible range of users while balancing technical feasibility, security requirements and the nature of our products.
Accessibility is considered throughout the development process and is reviewed whenever significant changes are made to the Platform.
2. Accessibility Standards
Where reasonably applicable, BellTower seeks to align its public-facing website with the principles of:
- WCAG 2.2 Level AA;
- EN 301 549 where applicable;
- the European Accessibility Act and its national implementation where applicable;
- applicable German accessibility legislation; and
- generally accepted accessibility best practices.
Not every page or feature may yet fully satisfy every success criterion, particularly where third-party services or legacy components are involved.
3. Accessibility Features
The Platform includes or aims to include features such as:
- clear page structure;
- logical heading hierarchy;
- keyboard-accessible navigation where technically possible;
- descriptive page titles;
- readable typography;
- sufficient colour contrast where practical;
- responsive layouts;
- scalable text;
- meaningful alternative text for informative images where appropriate;
- form labels;
- clear error messages;
- consistent navigation;
- focus indicators;
- accessible hyperlinks;
- support for modern screen readers where practical; and
- compatibility with current desktop and mobile browsers.
4. Compatibility
The Platform is intended to function with current versions of commonly used browsers, including:
- Google Chrome;
- Microsoft Edge;
- Mozilla Firefox;
- Safari; and
- other modern standards-compliant browsers.
Where technically possible, compatibility with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, browser zoom functions and keyboard navigation is considered during development.
5. Known Limitations
Although BellTower continuously improves accessibility, some limitations may currently exist.
Examples may include:
- older pages created before newer accessibility improvements;
- third-party embedded payment pages;
- third-party authentication services;
- embedded videos published by third parties;
- legacy community plugins;
- downloaded software interfaces;
- hardware configuration utilities;
- dynamic content generated by third-party software;
- temporary accessibility issues following software updates; or
- other technical limitations outside BellTower's direct control.
BellTower seeks to resolve identified accessibility issues within a reasonable timeframe where practical.
6. Third-Party Services
Some functions rely upon third-party providers including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers or security services.
BellTower cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party services that are not under its direct control.
Where possible, we choose reputable providers and encourage them to maintain accessible services.
7. Software Products
Certain downloadable software products are intended primarily for technically experienced users.
Because of the specialised technical nature of these products, some interfaces may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the public website.
BellTower nevertheless aims to improve usability and documentation wherever reasonably possible.
8. Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
BellTower may periodically:
- review accessibility issues;
- improve page layouts;
- update colour contrast;
- improve keyboard navigation;
- enhance screen-reader compatibility;
- improve form usability;
- replace inaccessible components;
- update documentation;
- review customer feedback; and
- perform accessibility testing.
9. Feedback
If you experience an accessibility problem, we encourage you to contact us.
Helpful information includes:
- the page or feature affected;
- the device used;
- the browser used;
- the assistive technology used (if applicable);
- a description of the issue; and
- any screenshots or error messages.
We will review accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to resolve confirmed issues.

Where a particular feature cannot reasonably be accessed, BellTower may provide an alternative method of assistance where practical.
