Shipping and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 23 July 2026
Last Updated: 23 July 2026

This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how Physical Products purchased through https://cheatprovider.store are manufactured, dispatched, delivered and returned.

It applies to Physical Products including:

  • DMA hardware;
  • display fusers;
  • electronic devices;
  • accessories;
  • replacement components;
  • bundles containing Physical Products; and
  • other tangible goods offered through the Platform.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the applicable Warranty Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Merchant of Record and Fulfilment Roles

1.1 Contracting Seller

Purchases completed through the applicable checkout are sold and transactionally administered by:

OVGC Payment Services FZ-LLC

OVGC acts as the full Merchant of Record and contracting seller for the transaction.

1.2 OVGC Responsibilities

OVGC is responsible for transaction-related matters including:

  • checkout;
  • payment processing;
  • billing and invoicing;
  • administration of applicable transaction taxes;
  • financial refunds;
  • chargebacks; and
  • transaction-related compliance.

1.3 BellTower Responsibilities

BellTower operates CheatProvider and coordinates Product-related matters including:

  • Product information;
  • order fulfilment instructions;
  • Manufacturing Partner coordination;
  • shipping and tracking support;
  • delivery investigations;
  • return instructions;
  • inspection of reported Product issues;
  • replacement coordination; and
  • communication with OVGC concerning approved refunds.

1.4 Manufacturing and Logistics Partners

BellTower may use Manufacturing Partners, warehouses, carriers and logistics providers located in China or other countries to manufacture, package and ship Physical Products directly to Customers.

The name shown as sender on the parcel, shipping label or customs documentation may therefore differ from BellTower or OVGC.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1 Worldwide Shipping

Physical Products may be offered for delivery to many countries and regions worldwide.

Availability depends on:

  • the Product;
  • Manufacturing Partner coverage;
  • carrier availability;
  • customs and import restrictions;
  • sanctions or export controls;
  • local law;
  • delivery infrastructure; and
  • commercial or security considerations.

2.2 Restricted Destinations

BellTower or OVGC may decline or cancel an order where delivery would:

  • violate applicable law;
  • breach sanctions or export controls;
  • require unavailable documentation;
  • create an unreasonable fraud or security risk;
  • be rejected by available carriers;
  • be prohibited for the relevant Product; or
  • not be commercially or operationally possible.

2.3 Remote and Special Delivery Areas

Delivery to islands, military addresses, post-office boxes, parcel lockers, remote areas or territories with limited carrier coverage may:

  • take longer;
  • require additional information;
  • incur additional charges;
  • require collection from a local facility; or
  • not be available for certain Products.

3. Shipping Address and Contact Information

3.1 Customer Responsibility

The Customer must provide complete and accurate delivery information, including where applicable:

  • full recipient name;
  • street name and building number;
  • apartment, unit or floor;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • state, province or region;
  • country;
  • telephone number;
  • email address; and
  • any information reasonably required by the carrier or customs authority.

3.2 Address Review

The Customer must review the delivery address before completing checkout.

BellTower is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the Customer, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

3.3 Address Changes

A request to change the address should be submitted as soon as possible.

An address change cannot be guaranteed after:

  • the order has been transmitted to a Manufacturing Partner;
  • the shipping label has been created;
  • customs documentation has been prepared;
  • the parcel has been handed to a carrier; or
  • the carrier no longer permits redirection.

A carrier may charge a redirection or correction fee. Where the need for correction results from information supplied by the Customer, the Customer may be responsible for the reasonable additional cost.

3.4 Different Recipient

The Customer may nominate another person to receive the parcel, provided that:

  • the information is accurate;
  • the Customer is authorised to provide it;
  • the delivery does not create an unacceptable fraud risk; and
  • the arrangement is permitted by the carrier and applicable law.

4. Processing and Manufacturing Times

4.1 Order Processing

After payment confirmation, an order may require:

  • fraud or payment verification;
  • Product allocation;
  • manufacturing;
  • assembly;
  • configuration;
  • testing;
  • packaging;
  • shipping-label creation;
  • customs-document preparation; and
  • handover to a carrier.

4.2 Processing Estimates

Any processing or dispatch period displayed on the Product page is an estimate unless expressly stated to be a binding delivery date.

Processing times may vary because of:

  • Product availability;
  • manufacturing workload;
  • component shortages;
  • quality-control requirements;
  • public holidays;
  • fraud review;
  • custom configuration;
  • carrier collection schedules; or
  • events outside reasonable control.

4.3 Business Days

Unless otherwise stated, references to business days exclude:

  • Saturdays;
  • Sundays;
  • public holidays at the relevant fulfilment location; and
  • public holidays affecting the relevant carrier or destination.

4.4 Split Shipments

An order containing multiple Products may be divided into separate parcels where:

  • Products are supplied by different partners;
  • Products become available at different times;
  • carrier or customs requirements make separate shipment appropriate; or
  • separate shipment reduces delay or risk.

Separate tracking numbers may be issued for each parcel.

5. Delivery Estimates

5.1 Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery dates and transit periods shown on the Platform, in tracking information or in support communications are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding.

An estimated period generally begins after dispatch, not on the date the order was placed.

5.2 Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery may be affected by:

  • international transport routes;
  • customs processing;
  • local import procedures;
  • carrier congestion;
  • weather;
  • public holidays;
  • strikes or industrial action;
  • security inspections;
  • incorrect address information;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • local delivery restrictions;
  • force-majeure events; and
  • other circumstances outside reasonable control.

5.3 No Guaranteed Delivery Date

Unless a guaranteed date is expressly stated as part of the order, selecting an express or priority shipping service does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Priority shipping generally affects the selected transport method and does not eliminate manufacturing, customs or other processing time.

5.4 Material Delay

Where delivery is materially delayed, the Customer should contact BellTower so that the shipment can be investigated.

Consumers may have statutory rights where goods are not delivered within the agreed period or, where no period was agreed, within the period required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy requires a Consumer to accept an indefinite or unreasonable delivery delay.

6. Shipping Charges

6.1 Displayed Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout or included in the Product price.

The amount may depend on:

  • destination;
  • Product size and weight;
  • carrier;
  • service level;
  • tracking and insurance;
  • warehouse or Manufacturing Partner;
  • remote-area surcharges; and
  • other fulfilment costs.

6.2 Additional Customer-Requested Services

Additional fees may apply where the Customer requests:

  • express delivery;
  • special packaging;
  • address redirection;
  • delivery to a remote area;
  • repeat delivery;
  • special customs documentation; or
  • another non-standard service.

6.3 Refund of Outbound Shipping

The treatment of original shipping costs depends on the legal basis for the return.

For a valid statutory Consumer withdrawal, the contracting seller generally reimburses the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the order.

Additional costs resulting from the Customer selecting a more expensive shipping method than the least expensive standard option are not normally reimbursed.

Different rules may apply to defective, incorrect or damaged Products.

7. Tracking

7.1 Tracking Availability

Where tracking is available, the tracking number may be supplied:

  • in the Customer Account;
  • by email;
  • through a support message;
  • by the carrier; or
  • through the Manufacturing Partner’s tracking system.

7.2 Tracking Activation

A tracking number may not display movement immediately after creation.

Initial tracking updates may take additional time while:

  • the parcel awaits carrier collection;
  • the first carrier scan is pending;
  • shipment data is transferred between systems;
  • the parcel enters international transport; or
  • tracking changes to a destination-country carrier.

7.3 Multiple Carriers

International shipments may be handled by more than one carrier.

The tracking number, tracking website or displayed shipment status may change after arrival in the destination country.

7.4 Tracking Accuracy

Tracking information is supplied by third parties and may:

  • be delayed;
  • use translated or abbreviated descriptions;
  • show estimated rather than actual events;
  • omit intermediate transport stages; or
  • temporarily display inconsistent information.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.

8. Customs, Import Taxes and Duties

8.1 International Importation

Physical Products shipped internationally may be subject to:

  • customs inspection;
  • import VAT;
  • customs duties;
  • brokerage charges;
  • carrier handling fees;
  • local administrative charges;
  • product-registration requirements; or
  • other import-related obligations.

8.2 Charges Collected During Checkout

Where OVGC collects an applicable transaction tax during checkout, this will normally be shown on the invoice or receipt.

A tax collected at checkout does not necessarily include every possible import duty, carrier fee or customs charge imposed after dispatch.

8.3 Customer as Importer

Unless the order expressly states that all import charges are included or that another party acts as importer of record, the recipient may be treated by local authorities as the importer of the Product.

The recipient may therefore be responsible for:

  • providing customs information;
  • responding to customs or carrier requests;
  • paying applicable import charges;
  • obtaining required permits; and
  • complying with destination-country import rules.

8.4 No False Customs Declarations

BellTower will not instruct a Manufacturing Partner or carrier to:

  • declare a false value;
  • misdescribe a Product;
  • mark a commercial order as a gift where inaccurate;
  • use false origin information; or
  • otherwise submit an unlawful customs declaration.

8.5 Customs Delays

Customs clearance is controlled by public authorities and carriers.

BellTower cannot guarantee:

  • the duration of customs clearance;
  • whether a parcel will be inspected;
  • the amount of a duty or fee;
  • whether additional documentation will be requested; or
  • how local authorities will classify a Product.

8.6 Refusal to Pay Import Charges

Where a Customer refuses to pay a lawfully imposed import charge and the parcel is returned, abandoned or destroyed:

  • the Customer may be responsible for resulting return, storage, customs or disposal costs;
  • a refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs where permitted by law;
  • a refund may be delayed until the parcel’s status is confirmed; and
  • no refund may be available where the parcel cannot be recovered and mandatory law does not require one.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8.7 Illegal or Restricted Import

The Customer must not order a Product where importation, possession or use is unlawful in the destination country.

BellTower may cancel an order where a legal or regulatory restriction becomes known before dispatch.

Where a Product is seized because of a restriction that was not reasonably apparent to BellTower but was known or should reasonably have been known to the Customer, any refund entitlement will depend on applicable law and the circumstances.

9. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

9.1 Consumer Deliveries

Where the contracting seller or BellTower arranges shipment to a Consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the Consumer or a third party nominated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, physically receives the Product.

9.2 Customer-Appointed Carrier

Where the Customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered as a shipping option, risk may transfer when the Product is handed to that carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9.3 Business Customers

For Business Customers, risk may transfer at dispatch or handover to the carrier where this is provided by the applicable commercial contract or governing law.

9.4 Delivery to Nominated Locations

Where the Customer expressly authorises delivery to:

  • a neighbour;
  • a reception desk;
  • a safe place;
  • a parcel locker;
  • a collection point; or
  • another nominated location,

delivery to that person or location may constitute completed delivery where permitted by applicable law.

9.5 Unauthorised Safe-Place Delivery

Where a carrier leaves a Consumer parcel in an unauthorised location and the parcel is lost or damaged before receipt, the matter will be investigated under applicable consumer law and carrier procedures.

10. Delivery Attempts and Collection Points

10.1 Recipient Availability

The Customer is responsible for making reasonable arrangements to receive or collect the parcel.

10.2 Failed Delivery Attempt

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

  • attempt delivery again;
  • leave a notice;
  • contact the recipient;
  • deliver to a neighbour or authorised location;
  • hold the parcel at a collection point; or
  • return the parcel to the sender.

10.3 Collection Deadlines

The Customer must collect a parcel within the period specified by the carrier.

BellTower is not responsible for a return caused by the Customer failing to collect the parcel, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.

10.4 Redelivery Costs

Where delivery fails because of:

  • an incorrect address;
  • an unavailable recipient;
  • failure to collect;
  • refusal without valid legal reason;
  • missing access instructions; or
  • another Customer-caused issue,

the Customer may be required to pay reasonable redelivery or return costs before the Product is shipped again.

11. Delayed Shipments

11.1 Tracking Delay

A parcel is not considered lost solely because:

  • tracking has not updated for several days;
  • the parcel remains in customs;
  • the carrier has changed;
  • the shipment exceeds the original estimate; or
  • the tracking description is unclear.

11.2 Investigation

BellTower may require a reasonable investigation before providing a replacement or refund.

The investigation may include:

  • reviewing tracking records;
  • contacting the Manufacturing Partner;
  • contacting the carrier;
  • confirming the delivery address;
  • checking customs status;
  • requesting a non-receipt declaration; or
  • requesting information from the recipient.

11.3 Consumer Delivery Deadline

Where a Consumer has set a reasonable additional period for delivery and the Product is still not delivered, the Consumer may have the right to terminate the contract in accordance with applicable law.

An additional period may not be required where:

  • delivery by a specific date was essential and agreed;
  • the seller refuses to deliver; or
  • mandatory law otherwise permits immediate termination.

12. Lost Shipments

12.1 When a Shipment Is Treated as Lost

A shipment may be treated as lost where:

  • the carrier confirms loss;
  • tracking shows no delivery and the carrier’s investigation is complete;
  • the parcel is returned as irrecoverable;
  • the parcel has exceeded a reasonable investigation period; or
  • the available evidence otherwise establishes that delivery will not occur.

12.2 Resolution

Where the seller remains responsible for the loss, the appropriate resolution may include:

  • replacement shipment;
  • re-performance of delivery;
  • refund; or
  • another remedy agreed with the Customer.

12.3 False Non-Receipt Claims

BellTower may reject or investigate a non-receipt claim where reliable evidence indicates delivery, including:

  • recipient signature;
  • delivery photograph;
  • collection-point confirmation;
  • carrier GPS or scan information;
  • communication from the recipient;
  • delivery to an authorised person or location; or
  • other credible evidence.

A delivery scan alone will not automatically override credible evidence that a Consumer did not receive the parcel.

13. Parcels Marked as Delivered

13.1 Initial Checks

If tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, the Customer should promptly:

  • check the delivery address;
  • check the mailbox, entrance and authorised safe places;
  • ask household members, neighbours or reception staff;
  • check any carrier notice;
  • contact the local carrier; and
  • notify BellTower if the parcel remains missing.

13.2 Carrier Investigation

BellTower may ask the carrier for:

  • delivery confirmation;
  • signature information;
  • delivery photograph;
  • delivery coordinates;
  • driver information;
  • collection-point records; or
  • other available evidence.

13.3 Premature Delivery Scan

Some carriers may mark a shipment as delivered shortly before actual delivery.

BellTower may ask the Customer to allow a short reasonable period before a formal loss investigation begins, provided that doing so does not prejudice mandatory rights.

14. Damaged Parcels and Products

14.1 Inspection on Delivery

The Customer should inspect the parcel and Product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

14.2 Visible Transport Damage

Where possible, visible damage should be reported to the carrier at delivery and documented before the packaging is discarded.

14.3 Information Required

A damage report should include:

  • order number;
  • tracking number;
  • description of the damage;
  • photographs of the outer packaging;
  • photographs of internal packaging;
  • photographs or video of the Product;
  • photograph of the shipping label;
  • details of missing components; and
  • any carrier damage report.

14.4 Preserve Packaging

The Customer should preserve the Product, packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been assessed.

The carrier or Manufacturing Partner may require inspection or additional evidence.

14.5 Reporting Period

Prompt reporting assists BellTower in making a claim against the carrier or Manufacturing Partner.

A request to report transport damage promptly does not shorten or eliminate mandatory statutory conformity rights.

14.6 Resolution

Depending on the circumstances, a damaged Product may be resolved through:

  • replacement parts;
  • repair;
  • replacement Product;
  • price reduction;
  • refund where legally available; or
  • another agreed remedy.

15. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

15.1 Wrong Product

If an incorrect Product is delivered, the Customer should:

  • stop using it;
  • retain all packaging and accessories;
  • take clear photographs;
  • contact support; and
  • wait for return or replacement instructions.

15.2 Missing Components

If components appear to be missing, the Customer should first review:

  • the Product description;
  • the stated package contents;
  • all sections of the packaging;
  • any separately shipped parcels; and
  • the supplied instructions.

15.3 Resolution

Where the delivery is confirmed to be incorrect or incomplete, BellTower may coordinate:

  • delivery of the missing component;
  • replacement;
  • return of the incorrect Product;
  • price reduction; or
  • another legally appropriate remedy.

16. Statutory Consumer Withdrawal Returns

16.1 Withdrawal Right

An eligible Consumer may generally withdraw from an online purchase of a Physical Product within 14 days after receiving the Product, unless a statutory exception applies.

The detailed withdrawal rules and model withdrawal form are contained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

16.2 Notification Before Return

The Consumer must clearly notify OVGC of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period.

Because OVGC is the contracting seller and Merchant of Record, the formal withdrawal should be submitted using the contact information supplied:

  • during checkout;
  • in the order confirmation;
  • on the invoice or receipt; or
  • through the applicable transaction-support channel.

BellTower may assist with Product identification and return instructions.

16.3 Return Deadline

After giving valid notice of withdrawal, the Consumer must normally send the Product back within 14 days.

The deadline is generally met where the Product is dispatched before that period expires.

16.4 Correct Return Address

The Product must be returned only to the address supplied in the authorised return instructions.

Depending on the Product and circumstances, the return location may be:

  • a European return facility;
  • a Manufacturing Partner;
  • a logistics provider;
  • a repair facility;
  • another designated return centre; or
  • another address supplied by OVGC or BellTower.

The parcel must not automatically be returned to:

  • the address shown on the original shipping label;
  • BellTower’s business address;
  • OVGC’s registered address;
  • a carrier depot; or
  • another address not expressly authorised.

16.5 Return Shipping Costs

For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, the Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product where:

  • this responsibility was properly disclosed before the contract; and
  • applicable law permits the cost to be placed on the Consumer.

The seller may voluntarily agree to bear the cost.

16.6 Cost of International Returns

International return shipping may be expensive.

The Customer should request the authorised destination before purchasing postage because the correct return address may not be the original country of dispatch.

16.7 Return Packaging

The Customer should return the Product:

  • securely packaged;
  • with all supplied accessories;
  • with any included cables, adapters and components;
  • with the authorised return reference;
  • without unauthorised modification; and
  • using a trackable method where reasonable.

16.8 Original Packaging

Use of the original packaging is recommended because it may be designed to protect the Product.

A Consumer’s statutory withdrawal right is not automatically lost solely because the original retail packaging is unavailable, although inadequate packaging may lead to liability for avoidable return damage.

16.9 Inspection and Diminished Value

A Consumer may inspect the Product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The Consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the Product in a retail environment, provided the legal requirements for such compensation are met.

Examples of potentially excessive handling may include:

  • extended operational use;
  • physical alteration;
  • soldering or component modification;
  • removal of protective elements beyond what inspection requires;
  • damage caused by installation;
  • installation into an unsuitable system;
  • missing accessories;
  • avoidable cosmetic damage; or
  • use inconsistent with reasonable inspection.

Ordinary opening of packaging and reasonable inspection do not by themselves eliminate the withdrawal right.

16.10 Withholding Reimbursement

For a valid Consumer withdrawal, OVGC may withhold reimbursement until:

  • the returned Product has been received; or
  • the Consumer supplies evidence that the Product has been dispatched,

whichever occurs first, unless the seller has offered to collect the Product.

17. Products Excluded from Withdrawal

A statutory Consumer withdrawal right may not apply where a legal exception exists.

Relevant exceptions may include Products that are:

  • made to the Consumer’s specifications;
  • clearly personalised;
  • inseparably mixed with another item after delivery;
  • sealed for health or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, where legally applicable; or
  • otherwise excluded under mandatory law.

An exclusion applies only where its legal conditions are satisfied. Merely configuring or testing a standard Product does not automatically make it personalised.

Where an exclusion is material, it should be disclosed on the Product page or during checkout.

18. Defective Physical Products

18.1 Separate from Withdrawal

A return because a Product is defective or non-conforming is legally different from a change-of-mind withdrawal.

The expiry or exclusion of a withdrawal right does not remove mandatory conformity rights.

18.2 Available Remedies

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include:

  • troubleshooting;
  • repair;
  • replacement components;
  • replacement Product;
  • price reduction;
  • refund or termination where legally available; or
  • another appropriate remedy.

18.3 Opportunity to Inspect

BellTower may reasonably request:

  • photographs or video;
  • error descriptions;
  • system information;
  • remote diagnostic assistance;
  • return for inspection; or
  • other proportionate information needed to establish the issue.

18.4 Return Costs for Defective Products

Where the Product is defective, incorrect or damaged due to a matter for which the seller is legally responsible, reasonable return or collection costs will be handled in accordance with mandatory law and the authorised return process.

18.5 Warranty Policy

Detailed rules concerning defects, conformity, repair, replacement and warranty claims are provided in the Warranty Policy.

19. Unauthorised Returns

19.1 Return Authorisation

Customers must obtain return instructions before dispatching a Product.

19.2 Consequences of Unauthorised Return

A Product sent to an unauthorised address may:

  • be refused;
  • be lost;
  • be delayed;
  • incur customs or forwarding costs;
  • be impossible to identify;
  • be returned to the Customer; or
  • not reach the correct inspection or refund facility.

BellTower and OVGC are not responsible for avoidable loss or cost caused by ignoring supplied return instructions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

19.3 Cash-on-Delivery Returns

Returns sent cash on delivery or with unpaid postage may be refused unless expressly authorised.

19.4 Identification of Returns

The return parcel should include:

  • the return reference;
  • order number;
  • Customer name;
  • Product identification; and
  • other information requested in the return instructions.

20. Return Shipment Risk and Evidence

20.1 Appropriate Shipping Method

Customers should use a return method appropriate to the Product’s value, size and sensitivity.

20.2 Proof of Dispatch

The Customer should retain:

  • shipping receipt;
  • tracking number;
  • customs documentation;
  • photographs of the packaged Product; and
  • other evidence of dispatch.

20.3 Return Damage

A Customer may be responsible for damage caused by:

  • inadequate packaging;
  • unauthorised disassembly;
  • missing protective materials;
  • incorrect customs documentation;
  • use of an unsuitable shipping service; or
  • another Customer-caused act or omission.

20.4 Lost Consumer Withdrawal Return

The legal consequences of a return parcel being lost depend on:

  • whether the Customer used the authorised return process;
  • whether the seller offered collection;
  • who appointed the carrier;
  • the available dispatch evidence; and
  • applicable mandatory law.

21. Inspection of Returned Products

21.1 Return Assessment

A returned Product may be inspected to verify:

  • Product identity;
  • serial number;
  • condition;
  • completeness;
  • reported damage or defect;
  • signs of modification;
  • included accessories;
  • Customer handling; and
  • eligibility for the requested remedy.

21.2 Data on Returned Devices

Before returning a device, the Customer should remove:

  • personal files;
  • passwords;
  • account credentials;
  • encryption keys;
  • saved network information;
  • third-party software licenses; and
  • other confidential information.

The Customer should make any necessary backups before return.

BellTower and its fulfilment or repair partners may erase, reset or replace storage or configuration data as part of inspection, repair or replacement.

21.3 No Guarantee of Data Preservation

Unless expressly agreed in writing, data preservation is not part of repair, inspection or replacement services.

22. Refunds Following a Return

22.1 Refund Execution

Where a monetary refund is approved, OVGC normally issues it through the original transaction system and to the original payment method.

22.2 Refund Timing

The time required for an approved refund to appear depends on:

  • OVGC processing;
  • the payment method;
  • the payment provider;
  • the Customer’s bank; and
  • currency-conversion processing.

22.3 Deductions

Any deduction from a refund must have a lawful basis.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a deduction may relate to:

  • diminished value caused by excessive handling;
  • non-refundable premium shipping costs;
  • Customer-responsible return costs;
  • missing parts or accessories;
  • Customer-caused damage;
  • unpaid import or return charges; or
  • other recoverable costs.

No deduction will be made where mandatory law requires full reimbursement.

22.4 Currency Conversion

Where the transaction involved currency conversion, the amount displayed by the Customer’s bank may vary from the original local-currency amount because of exchange-rate changes or external provider conversion methods.

23. Replacements

23.1 Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be offered where:

  • the original Product was lost before delivery;
  • the Product arrived damaged;
  • the wrong Product was delivered;
  • the Product is materially defective;
  • a repair is not appropriate; or
  • another replacement obligation applies.

23.2 Replacement Shipping

A replacement may require:

  • return of the original Product;
  • inspection;
  • confirmation of the delivery address;
  • completion of carrier or customs procedures; and
  • reasonable processing time.

23.3 Replacement Product

Where the identical model is unavailable, an equivalent Product may be offered where legally and contractually appropriate.

A material substitution will not be made without the Customer’s agreement where consent is required.

23.4 Replacement Warranty

Replacement and repaired Products remain subject to applicable mandatory conformity rights and the Warranty Policy.

24. Refused, Abandoned or Returned-to-Sender Parcels

24.1 Causes

A parcel may be returned, abandoned or destroyed because of:

  • incorrect address information;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • failure to collect;
  • recipient refusal;
  • unpaid customs charges;
  • failure to supply customs information;
  • local import restrictions;
  • carrier damage;
  • carrier error; or
  • another delivery problem.

24.2 Investigation

BellTower may wait until the carrier or Manufacturing Partner confirms the parcel’s status and any recoverable amount.

24.3 Reshipment

Where the failed delivery was caused by the Customer, reshipment may require payment of:

  • new shipping charges;
  • return shipping;
  • storage charges;
  • customs charges;
  • address-correction fees; and
  • other reasonable costs caused by the failed delivery.

24.4 Refund After Customer-Caused Return

Where a refund is legally or voluntarily provided after a Customer-caused return, non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

24.5 Seller or Carrier Error

Where the return resulted from an error attributable to the seller, Manufacturing Partner or appointed carrier, the Customer will not be charged costs that the seller is legally required to bear.

25. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

25.1 Cancellation Request

A Customer may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support promptly.

25.2 Cancellation Is Not Guaranteed

An order may no longer be cancellable after:

  • manufacturing has begun;
  • customisation has begun;
  • components have been allocated;
  • the order has entered packaging;
  • shipping or customs documents have been generated;
  • the parcel has been transferred to a logistics provider; or
  • the dispatch process cannot reasonably be stopped.

25.3 Consumer Rights After Dispatch

An eligible Consumer may still have a statutory withdrawal right after delivery even where pre-dispatch cancellation was no longer operationally possible.

25.4 Cancellation by BellTower or OVGC

An order may be cancelled before fulfilment where:

  • payment is not confirmed;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • the Product is unavailable;
  • the listed price contains an obvious error;
  • shipping is legally or operationally impossible;
  • the destination is restricted;
  • required Customer information is not supplied;
  • the Product cannot be manufactured; or
  • another lawful reason prevents fulfilment.

Where an order is cancelled and payment has been collected, OVGC will administer the applicable refund.

26. Business Customers and Resellers

26.1 Consumer Rights Do Not Apply

Statutory Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to Customers purchasing mainly for trade, business, resale or professional purposes.

26.2 Inspection Duties

Business Customers must inspect delivered Products promptly and report apparent defects, transport damage, quantity discrepancies or incorrect delivery within the period required by applicable commercial law and the relevant contract.

26.3 Commercial Risk

For Business Customers, shipping risk, inspection obligations, return costs and remedies may be governed by:

  • the applicable commercial contract;
  • the Reseller Agreement;
  • agreed Incoterms, where any;
  • the Product-specific terms;
  • mandatory commercial law; and
  • this Policy.

26.4 Reseller Customer Returns

A reseller is responsible for administering its own end-customer relationship unless BellTower or OVGC expressly agreed otherwise.

An end customer who purchased from an independent reseller must generally contact that reseller as the contracting seller.
