7.1 Storage and Access on Your Device

Under Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (“TDDDG”), storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there generally requires consent.

Consent is not required where the storage or access is strictly necessary:

  • for transmitting a communication through a public telecommunications network; or
  • to provide a digital service expressly requested by you.

7.2 Processing of Personal Data

Where information obtained through cookies constitutes personal data, a separate legal basis under the GDPR is also required.

Turnstile may analyse technical signals and use cookies, tokens or similar information to determine whether an interaction is likely to come from a legitimate User.

Purchases made through the applicable checkout are transactionally administered by:
